What we collect
Spentrix collects the email you use to sign in, and the receipts, images, and expense records you capture or upload. We use this to provide capture, Inbox review, organization, and export—not to sell your books.
How it is stored
Receipts and documents stay in private encrypted storage under your user space. Each account is isolated. Personal books and company books stay separate.
Company workspaces
Invited members see company reports according to their role. Personal Inbox stays personal—company spend enters through expense reports, not a shared company Inbox.
Your control
You sign in with your own credentials. Items wait in Inbox until you confirm them. You can export your data from the plans that include export.
